I find things about second law of thermodynamics and already the kinetic energy is half the potential energy.

I met the Virialtheorem in astronomy as the stationary assumption in models of galaxies.

If you look statistically to our solar system you expect that the mean kinetic energy of the planets is half of their potential energy...
That was the context of our previous discussion. About this Principle of Clausius I could start an interesting new thread.
